My Story

I grew up in Boston, MA, as a first generation. I was a swimmer my entire life, so as athletes, we know how valuable visualization and mindset are to sports. That's where that all I started.

I still struggled, as most, with confidence, my body, and figuring out what I wanted to do with life. But, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I had a hard life, I really didn't.

I had a family that loves me (still do), I had amazing friendships growing up (still do), was a D1 swimmer in college and then went on to work in the corporate world, living in the city with my close friends!

 

I didn't drop out of school, I didn't buy a one way to ticket to Europe, I wasn't broke living at home... I was perfectly fine going through all those stages of life. But that's it, I was just fine. There was something I was constantly looking for, but I didn't know what. Fulfillment? Love? My Purpose.

Fast forward a few years and finally pulled the trigger on something I always dreamed of doing one day and I moved to sunny LA. I didn't really know anyone out there, but I always daydreamed about living in sunshine and beaches and live the "west coast" lifestyle. I got out of comfort zone and had to try new things and meet new people, but I STILL struggled with some levels of confidence. I started diving deeper and deeper into manifestation. Finding more and more things to be grateful for. Rewiring my limiting beliefs. Dreaming bigger.

Two years later and I don't recognize my life. I bought and paid off my dream car, I met my soul mate, I'm in the best shape of my life, I've more than doubled my salary, and started a podcast and my own business!

AND you know what else? This is just the beginning.
